Moonlighting: Rewriting the box

This one’s really simple – my response to the Daily Prompt, If your day to day responsibilities were taken care of and you could throw yourself completely behind a cause, what would it be?

“You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” Buckminster Fuller

The quotation sums up a basic desire of mine to dissect the current perceptions of life held by the communities I live and work in. It saddens and frustrates me that there is a natural inclination towards self-destruction, and that this attitude is adopted by young people who then model their lives on struggle. Enjoying life is natural. Being creative, innovative and happy is natural.

I seem to find myself  working on projects using Arts in communities often. I suppose I can say this is a cause I support.
